Sasha here

Product design lead and maker.

I help teams turn messy ideas into clear products people use and enjoy. I’ve worked across startups, SaaS and data-heavy enterprise systems. I love that range. Getting into unfamiliar topics and finding a useful way forward has become second nature.

Today I lead product design for an internal BI agent at Colgate-Palmolive and build chefo.ai with my co-founder. Building with ai is part of how I think, explore and take ideas through design, code and release.

Also behind lume, nicelook, littlebigwish and aircalima. Ex-Zalando, ex-Informatica. Master’s in Applied Informatics and PDEng in HCI.

Based in Cyprus, open for relocation.

Colgate-Palmolive

Lead design of an internal BI agent that lets teams ask questions in natural language and get fast answers from fragmented company data.

Before, every follow up meant filters, exports, manual stitching, and long waits. The real challenge was not only speed, but making exploration feel trustworthy enough to stay in the flow.

Now people can ask, refine, visualise, and share insights in one place, in under a minute.

I led the product design direction and helped turn promising ai experiments into product flows the team could validate and ship.

Chefo.ai

Co-founder at Chefo.ai where we help café and beverage teams keep recipes, preparation instructions and ingredient costs in one place, so they can see how purchasing changes affect the cost of each drink without piecing information together from chats and spreadsheets. Teams can develop and adapt recipes around the ingredients, equipment and budget they actually have, while supplier demos revealed another use case: showing café customers how a supplier’s products could fit into their existing menus. We’re also working toward helping owners spot rising ingredient costs and seasonal shifts early, so they can decide when and how to adapt their menu.

Lume

Lume started as a small project for friends interested in astrology. It became a surprisingly involved question: how do you generate a coherent, personalized book across 111 pages and 13 connected chapters?

I designed and built the product and its multi-stage LLM pipeline, working on the book’s structure, consistency, repetition and tone. The challenge was making the chapters work together as one book.

I reworked the pipeline to bring the approximate generation cost from $80–90 to $15 per book while retaining the editorial checks.

It brought product design and implementation very close together: decisions about the reading experience changed how the generation process needed to work.

Raven Ops

I designed debugging and incident-investigation workflows for autonomous systems, working with video, sensor data and telemetry.

The challenge was helping technical users make sense of different kinds of evidence while investigating what happened. I needed to understand how they approached a problem before deciding how the interface should organize the information.

I developed the information architecture and interactive prototypes with the technical product team, using discovery and feedback to refine the workflows.

Caltana

I designed a quoting platform for commercial real estate service teams, taking it from early concept to mvp.

The work involved tables, formulas, filtering and conditional logic. Experienced users needed room to handle complex pricing, while the overall workflow still needed to be understandable and easy to follow.

I shaped the workspace and guided steps around that balance, working through the details with the team so the interface supported the logic behind each quote.

Child Care Seer

I was the founding designer for Child Care Seer, helping take a childcare operations platform from an early idea to working software.

The product served owners, teachers and parents across planning, staffing, attendance and communication. Each group needed a different view of the same day, and decisions in one part of the system affected the others.

I worked across discovery, product direction, interaction design and customer testing, connecting the experience across web, mobile and classroom devices. I stayed involved through the iterations as we learned what centres needed in their daily work.

Building my own products has changed how I work as a designer. I use codex and claude to implement ideas, debug problems and release changes. It lets me test decisions in working software and stay involved in what happens after the design.
